This is where many dealers work on their skills and also where many weapons are developed. It has a shooting range where one can test guns. Only older vampires are allowed inside unless a young vampire is accompanied by them.

Yes, vampires get severely injured or sick. It doesn't happen, but when it does, there are medical employees at the ready. This is also a place to test new synthetic blood and or poisons that can be used against the Ignus and Werewolves.
