oh the webs I weave
I am caught in this game
my passions dead
the life I've lead
has drowned me in vain

The room was packed with all sorts of people an vampires alike. The poor helpless humans dancing and drinking some would never see what was coming for them and would never leave this place, there last night alive would be tonight. The lucky ones will leave after a fun night of dancing and drinking, and not even realize until a few days later that there friends were no where to be found, yet those people would return to the club a few days later to partake in dancing and drinking yet again. But would luck be on there side again? would they leave or would there life finally end there.
Anica sat at the bar with a fruity drink in her hand, her long brown curly hair was tied back to show off her beautiful piercing eyes. She was wearing a short black V neck type cocktail dress that she had not worn for a long time. She was quiet and didnt talk to any one as she liked to keep to herself, however it wouldnt be long until some naive guy came up to her with a clever pick up line, unforantly for him, she woul most likly take him away and have her feast of blood. She watched as a few guys and girls danced and made fools of them selves, a sadden looked crept over her face as she took the first sip of her drink. One thing she missed about being human was the friends and the romance and the fun. Of course being a vampire brought all of those things in some ways but it wasn't the same.
At the moment with so many people being in there it was hard to distinguish who was a vampire and who was human unless she was up next to them. The club was alot busier then usual and when it seemed like no one else could fit inside more people would push there way in threw the door.
With a sigh Anica turned around and face the bar, by this time her drink was almost gone yet she didn't ask for any more. It had been a while since she had drank blood and her thirst was very High at the moment. It had been about five years since she had been turned and yet she kept trying to hang onto anything she had left that was human. Her dad was dead or mother was MIA and her brother was the only one left. She saw him every once and a while even though she knew she shouldnt.
She was ashamed of what she was, yet she kept killing becuase there really was no other choice. However she did try to make the best of things and the situation. As the band returned to the stage her mind drifted away and her focuse turned to the music. The music seamed to relax her, all of the other noises were drowned out.

so paint my portrait
the colours of my life
and the untold stories are painted in black and white
i can hear the footsteps
that follow to my pulse
this paranoia has haunted me like a ghost
